Olivia joined Bison Capital in 2025. Prior to joining Bison, Olivia was CFO of Studios at Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE:HPP), overseeing financial operations of their Sunset Studios and Quixote Studios portfolio of assets. Before becoming a CFO, Olivia spent ten years as an investment banker, most recently as Vice President at The Sage Group, LLC. While at Sage, Olivia developed an expertise in executing M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Prior to The Sage Group, Olivia worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey and in audit at Deloitte. Ms. Theroux earned an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada.
