Craig joined Bison Capital in 2025. Prior to joining Bison, Craig was Head of Alternative Investments at Pentegra Retirement Services, managing and investing a $1.2bn portfolio of Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate investments. Before leading Alternatives at Pentegra, Craig spent four years as an Investment Due Diligence Analyst at Albourne Partners and seven years as an Investment Consultant/Analyst at Aon Investments (formerly AonHewitt). Craig earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance at the University of Connecticut and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Connecticut. Craig also has the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
