Boca Raton, FL (February 25, 2016) – Bison Capital Partners (“Bison Capital”) announced today that through an affiliate it has closed an investment in CūtisCare LLC (“CūtisCare” or the “Company”), a leading provider of wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment services to hospitals across the United States. In conjunction with the investment CūtisCare and Bison Capital partnered to acquire the U.S. clinical operations of OxyHeal Health Group, Inc. (“OxyHeal”), a pioneer in the field of hyperbaric medicine and a provider of clinical services to prominent hospitals throughout the country. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (“HBOT”) is used to treat a variety of health conditions, including diabetic wound ulcers, radiation exposure, skin irritations, and trauma to the body’s extremities, among others.

CūtisCare is led by industry veterans within wound care and HBOT. Jim Patrick, Executive Chairman of CūtisCare, is the former CEO and a founding shareholder of National Healing Corporation and Robert Bauman, President of CūtisCare, is the former head of corporate development at National Healing Corporation. The CūtisCare management team has a combined 60 years of experience developing and managing wound care and HBOT centers of excellence for hospital partners. In OxyHeal, the Company is acquiring an entity with over four decades of expertise in hyperbaric medicine.
