Santa Monica, CA – Bison Capital Partners IV, LP (“Bison Capital”) announced its investment in Solarsilicon Recycling Services, LLC (“SRS”). SRS is a value added recycler and servicer of silicon for the solar and semiconductor industries. The Company obtains unusable and off-spec silicon from both silicon suppliers and solar wafer manufacturers and applies a proprietary reprocessing method to create production-ready silicon. With over 15 years experience, SRS is a market leader in silicon feedstock processing with over 3,000 metric tons of SRS processed silicon in solar cells worldwide.

The Company is currently headquartered in Camarillo, CA and recently expanded into a new facility in Ventura, CA. Bison Capital’s investment was made in conjunction with the Company’s facility expansion which will significantly scale operations and enhance processing capabilities.
