Peter Macdonald joined Bison Capital in 2009 and has been actively involved in raising, investing and managing Bison’s Funds IV, V and VI. Previously, Mr. Macdonald was a Managing Director of BlackRock Kelso Capital Management from 2006 to 2009. Prior to BlackRock Kelso Capital Management, in 1994 Mr. Macdonald Co-Founded Windward Capital Partners , a private equity firm originally affiliated with CS First Boston, and was a Partner of the firm until 2006. Prior to co-founding Windward, Mr. Macdonald was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of CS First Boston. Mr. Macdonald received an MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of Business and a BS from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Macdonald currently serves on the Board of Directors of FFH Company, Inc. (FinFit) and CutisCare LLC, and serves as an observer to the Wyo-Ben Board of Directors. Mr. Macdonald was previously on the Board of Directors of Quixote Studios, LLC, indie Semiconductor, Lime Energy Co., WestStar TV Limited, The Center for Wound Healing, Inc., GTS Holdings, Inc., United Therapies Holding, and numerous Windward portfolio companies, including Mobile Storage Group, Inc., Monitronics International, Inc., Meridian Automotive Systems, Inc., Hollister-Stier Holdings, LLC, HCC Industries, Inc., Financial Pacific Company, Palace Entertainment, Inc., Charter Brokerage Services, LLC, and Tycom Corporation. Mr. Macdonald received an MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of Business and a BS from the University of Southern California.
