CūtisCare LLC, a leading provider of wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment services to hospitals across the United States. In conjunction with the investment CūtisCare and Bison Capital partnered to acquire the U.S. clinical operations of OxyHeal Health Group, Inc. (“OxyHeal”), a pioneer in the field of hyperbaric medicine and a provider of clinical services to prominent hospitals throughout the country. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (“HBOT”) is used to treat a variety of health conditions, including diabetic wound ulcers, radiation exposure, skin irritations, and trauma to the body’s extremities, among others.
